“To him whose feet hurt everything hurts”
Your feet are subjected to similar forces when skeletal imbalances occur.
These imbalances will often cause a disruption of the normal auto-supportive and shock attenuation mechanisms of the foot. Resulting in painful feet (heel pain, muscular strain, ankle sprains, bunions, corns, calluses and nail problems). These imbalances result in compensation mechanisms and abnormal loading of the lower limb, producing symptoms, such as knee pain; hip pain, lower back pain and neck pain.
We only have one pair of feet and they are essential to our ambulatory mobility. However, most of us don’t give our feet a second thought… until they hurt.
Your feet need good care to do a good job of supporting you.
