 Tess O’Neill has been in Private practice for 20 years.
Graduated from Northern Ireland School of Podiatry in 1984.
Worked in multi-disciplinary private practices in London, were she continued her studies and work in the field of lower limb biomechanics liaising and working with physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Osteopaths.
Returning to Manchester Metropolitan University in 1994 and obtained Diploma Podiatric Sports Medicine.
Tess Recognised that the expansion of the role of Podiatric biomechanics required her to obtain a set of  Professional academic criterion that would benchmark and guarantee the standard of practice. In 2001 she returned to university and was awarded an MSc Podiatric Biomechanics from Staffordshire University.
Tess has presented  lectures on lower limb  Manipulation therapy & techniques at national conferences. She currently  lectures & runs  work shops on 'The Role of lower  Manipulation therapy & techniques in Musculoskeletal Biomechnics' in the UK  & Ireland .

Has a research paper awaiting publication and is a Mentor to fellow podiatrists on The MSc Biomechanics and is actively partaking in further research.
She has expertise in the treatment of sports injuries, ranging from professional rugby players, golfers and tennis players, to runners and leisure sports injuries.
In 2008 she participated in a biomechanical ski boot fitting pilot study at the GB Special Olympics National ski Championship In Pila, Italy.
In 2009 She presented Lower limb manipulation workshop at the Brit Pod conference
In 2009 she participated in the Fit Feet biomechanics program at the GB Athletic Special Olympics
In 2010 She Presented  Lower Limb Palpation anatomy & Joint mobilsation workshop at the Brit Pod conference
In 2011 She presented at Primary Helathcare conference at the Nec Birmingham

Paul O’Malley. BSc DSpM SRCh MChS
HPC Registered Podiatrist

Paul O’Malley has worked as an associate podiatrist at Feet on the Hill for 5years.
He graduated from Chelsea School of Podiatry in 1998.
He worked within the NHS for four years firstly with Greenwich PCT and then at Riverside Community Care Trust. During his time within the NHS he worked in routine and diabetic clinics but mostly within the Biomechanics departments in the routine biomechanics clinics and paediatric clinics dealing with patients with musculoskeletal complaints.
In 2001 he completed a postgraduate Certificate in Higher Studies in Sports Podiatry. In 2010 he was awarded an MSc in Clinical Podiatric Biomechanics from staffordshire University.
Currently he lectures on sport specific biomechanics & footwear requirements
Paul has an in-depth understanding and knowledge regarding computerised gait analysis and Sports Specific Footwear  due to  working with a specialised sports  footwear company in the  commercial sector
Paul is also available for home visits to patients unable to visit Feet on the Hill’s surgery.
